9oz Selvedge Flannel Check Western Shirt Purple

A lighter weight version of Iron Heart’s cult-favorite flannels, built for warmer days without losing the texture and feel that makes their shirting so good. These 9oz selvedge unbrushed flannels bring the same sturdy construction and depth as the Ultra Heavy Flannels, just in a cooler, more breathable package.

For SS26, Iron Heart revisited some of their most loved plaid patterns from past seasons — a sort of greatest hits collection pulled from years of UHF releases. This purple check stands out in the best way: rich tones, subtle depth, and enough character to carry a whole fit on its own.

Unlike previous 9oz flannels that were designed to fade heavily over time, these are woven with reactive-dyed yarns for a more colorfast finish that keeps the plaid looking crisp wear after wear. The fabric itself is seriously special too — woven on rare Japanese shuttle looms capable of switching weft yarns mid-weave to create these intricate patterns. Only a few machines in Japan can actually produce fabric like this.

Cut in Iron Heart’s slimmer western shirt silhouette and finished with classic pearl snaps throughout. An easy layer with just the right amount of vintage feel and a little bit of freak to it.
