Refund policy

TENDREL accepts returns on eligible items from in-store purchases in the form of store credit within 10 days of purchase. 

For online orders, TENDREL accepts your return if mailed within 10 days of the date it was received with all tags on and the items unworn and in original packaging. Returned online purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Final sale items, hemmed items, worn or used items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.  

All Sale Items are Final Sale.

Customers are responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs.

TENDREL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Cancelled Orders
Cancelled orders will be charged a 3% restocking fee to cover credit card processing fees that we incur and are not returned to us in the of cancelled orders.
