Iron Heart's mechanic shirt is one of those pieces that gets better the harder you wear it. Cut from a 10oz Japanese dobby cloth, the fabric has an incredible amount of texture right out of the box, with an indigo rope-dyed warp and black sulphur-dyed weft that creates serious fade potential over time.
The dobby weave gives the fabric a three-dimensional surface that catches light differently than a standard twill or plain weave. As the indigo wears, expect bright electric blue highs and lows to emerge, highlighting the geometric texture and making every shirt fade uniquely to its owner.
The fit is based on Iron Heart's classic mechanic shirt with a relaxed, easy-wearing silhouette that's perfect through the warmer months. Finished with snap closures, flap chest pockets, split seam gussets, a straight hem, and Iron Heart's signature red bobbin thread hidden inside for a subtle detail only you'll know is there.
