The Flyer's Club Jacket began with a simple question: what should Dehen do with the substantial pieces of shearling left behind when cutting its N-1 deck jackets? The material was far too good to waste, so Dehen developed a new jacket around it—part tribute to founder Bill Dehen’s WWII service and part thoughtful use of the factory’s resources.
Drawing from classic MA-1 and B-15 flight jackets, this version is cut from a seriously substantial 16 oz waxed cotton canvas milled in Scotland by Halley Stevensons. The deep Fig exterior is paired with a genuine Brown mouton collar and vivid Tangerine satin lining. As the waxed canvas breaks in, it will soften, crease, and develop a finish entirely its own.
The heavy two-way brass zipper, snap-secured welt pockets, and Dehen-knit wool trim give it the ruggedness of military outerwear, but the compact bomber shape keeps it easy to wear every day.
