This is a thermal with enough substance to stand on its own. Freenote builds it from a heavyweight 15-ounce cotton waffle knit made in the USA, giving it real structure, texture, and warmth without turning it into a sweatshirt. The Midnight color is custom dyed for a deep, easy-to-wear finish. Wear it as a rugged base layer when the weather drops, or treat it like a long-sleeve shirt and let the waffle knit do the work. Rinsed and pre-shrunk, it arrives ready to wear.

Sizing notes: In the pictures I am wearing a size L - 6' 1" 175lbs. I would go with L if I wanted to use this as a layering piece, runs on the smaller side. Would go XL if I wanted to wear it as a shirt on it's own.
